3.3.14. Turbokompressor

GENERAL INFORMATION

Turbokompressor
1–collar;
2–an air line from the air filter;
3–turbokompressor;
4–a tube oil plum from a turbokompressor;
5–arm;
6–nut;
7–bolt of fastening of a tube;
8–spring bracket of fastening of a reception pipe of the exhaust silencer;
9–sealing ring;
10-exhaust pipe;
11-laying;
12-a tube of supply of oil in a turbokompressor;
13-an air line to an inlet pipe of the engine;
14-collar of fastening of a hose of ventilation of a case

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. To unscrew four nuts and to disconnect from a turbokompressor an exhaust pipe 10.
3. To unscrew a nut of fastening of an oil tube 12 and to lift the receiver.
4. Having weakened an inhaling of collars 1, to remove an air line 13.
5. To disconnect from an air line the 2nd hose of ventilation of a case, having weakened an inhaling of a collar 14.
6. To weaken an inhaling of collars 1, to remove an air line 2.
7. To unscrew four bolts of fastening of a turbokompressor to a final collector and to remove a turbokompressor.
8. To unscrew on an engine case a nut 6 and to unscrew a nut of fastening of an arm 5.
9. To remove a turbokompressor.
10. To unscrew from below a turbokompressor two bolts 7 and to lift the receiver 4 with laying.

Establish a turbokompressor upside-down. Bolts of fastening of a turbokompressor to tighten the moment of 70 N · m (7,0 kgfs · ě), and nuts of fastening of an exhaust pipe 10 – the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · ě). Before connection of a tube of the 12th supply of oil to fill a turbokompressor with oil through an opening of connection of a tube 12. After installation of a turbokompressor to start the engine and let's to it work idling that oil filled all channels. It is forbidden to increase at once frequency of rotation since it can lead to turbokompressor failure.
