Otherwise to replace a pneumodrive.

Adjustment of a priotkryvaniye of a butterfly valve by the second
chambers

Adjustment of the accelerating pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the carburetor.
2. To disconnect vacuum hoses from a pneumodrive 13 (see fig. Pierburg/Solex 2E2 carburetor details) butterfly valve of the first chamber.
3. To connect to the union A the vacuum pump. The union B to close a cap (if a pneumodrive with four unions to muffle also the union C).
4. To create in a pneumodrive depression, that a rod 3 (see fig. Adjustment of a priotkryvaniye of a butterfly valve of the first chamber) departed from the adjusting screw 1.
5. To turn the lever 1 and to fix it, having inserted between the lever 3 and the carburetor case a bolt 2 М8х20.
6. To uncover the carburetor, to fill the poplavkovy chamber with fuel and to establish a carburetor cover.
7. To put under the carburetor a measured beaker with a funnel.
8. To turn a butterfly valve of the first chamber from an emphasis against the stop 10 times, putting these in action the accelerating pump, spending for each course about 3 pages.
9. To measure amount of fuel in a beaker and to divide on 10; the amount of fuel which submits the pump for one cycle will turn out. This value should make for engines in working volume of 1,6 l 1,0±0,15 cm3, for engines in volume of 1,8 l 1,1±0,15 cm3.

Adjustment of frequency of rotation of idling
