Check of the electromagnetic valve

To check serviceability of the electromagnetic valve 5, it is necessary to disconnect from it a wire. Adjustment of a gap of an air zaslonka

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To uncover 26 starting arrangements.
2. To open a butterfly valve of the first chamber and to turn a cam 1 (see fig. Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine) an air zaslonka so that the screw of 2 adjustments of frequency of rotation of start-up rested against the highest ledge of a cam.
3. Through an opening 1 screw-driver to move draft of a pneumodrive of an air zaslonka against the stop. To measure a gap between an air zaslonka and a mouth, it should be 2,0±0,1 mm. It is possible to measure a gap by a drill in the 2nd diameter of 2 mm. If the gap differs from specified, it is necessary to insert 1 screw-driver into an opening and, turning the adjusting screw, to adjust a gap.

Adjustment of the accelerating pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the carburetor.
2. To uncover the carburetor, to fill with fuel the poplavkovy chamber and to establish a carburetor cover.
3. To turn a cam 1 (see fig. Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine) so that it did not concern the screw 2.
4. To put under the carburetor a measured beaker with a funnel.
5. Holding a cam 1 in this situation, smoothly to turn a butterfly valve of the first chamber from an emphasis against the stop 10 times, spending for each course 1 with and maintaining then a pause in 3 with, putting these in action the accelerating pump.
6. To measure amount of fuel in a beaker and to divide on 10. The amount of fuel which submits the accelerating pump for one cycle will turn out. This value should make 1,0±0,15 cm3.
7. If the received size differs from specified, it is necessary to adjust productivity of the accelerating pump. For this purpose to weaken an inhaling of the screw 1 and to turn a cam 2. At cam turn aside "And" productivity of the pump increases, aside "In" – decreases. To tighten the screw 1 and законтрить paint.

Check of the automatic starting arrangement

For check of the automatic starting arrangement it is necessary to disconnect a device wire from a connecting block. To connect to a device wire a lamp. The second wire from a lamp to connect to the positive plug of the storage battery. The lamp should burn. 5. To remove an elastic band and to take out a wooden core. Both zaslonka should be closed.
6. To measure internal "And" and external "In" gaps. The gap "And" should make 0,4±0,1 mm, a gap "In" 1,0±0,1 mm.
7. If gaps differ from specified, to adjust them, turning in the ends of a fork of the lever 1.

Check of a pneumodrive of an air zaslonka

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the air filter.
2. To start the engine and to leave to idle.
3. A hand smoothly to close an air zaslonka till the moment when appreciable resistance will be felt. During this moment the gap between an air zaslonka and a mouth should be about 4 mm.
4. If resistance it is not felt, to check vacuum hoses – whether there are no in them cracks.
5. If hoses whole to connect to a pneumodrive the vacuum gage and the vacuum pump. To create in a pneumodrive depression of 300 Mbar. If the pneumodrive is serviceable, depression should not fall within 2 minutes. If depression falls, the pneumodrive means is not tight and it is necessary to replace it.

Check of a pneumodrive of a butterfly valve of the second chamber

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To connect to a pneumodrive the vacuum gage and the vacuum pump.
2. To create in a pneumodrive depression of 50 Mbar. If depression does not fall during 2 mines, the pneumodrive is tight. Otherwise a pneumodrive to replace.

Adjustment make on the heated-up engine every moment of ignition and the adjusted frequency of rotation of idling in the following order:

1. To remove the air filter and to disconnect a vacuum hose 24 (see fig. Air filter of engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l).
2. To connect to the engine a control tachometer.
3. To start the engine and to slightly open a butterfly valve of the first chamber before obtaining frequency of rotation of the crankshaft about 2500 mines-1.
4. To turn a cam 1 against the stop. Then to turn a butterfly valve so that the adjusting screw 2 rested on the ledge second for height.
5. To check on a control tachometer frequency of rotation of the engine, it should make 2000±100 mines-1. If frequency of rotation differs from specified, to adjust it the screw 2.

5. The adjusting screw of 1 quantity of a mix to adjust frequency of rotation in limits 800±50 mines-1.
6. The adjusting screw 2 qualities (structure) of a mix to establish level of the maintenance of an oxide of carbon (WITH) in the fulfilled gases 3,0±0,5 of %. To check and if necessary to restore the contents WITH in the fulfilled gases.
