Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine
1–restrictive screw of a butterfly valve;

2–butterfly valve lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To start and warm up the engine.
2. To connect to the engine a control tachometer.
3. To muffle the engine.
4. To turn the lever 2 so that the butterfly valve was completely open.
5. To start the engine, without pressing an accelerator pedal.
6. To check frequency of rotation of the engine which should be in limits 2000±100 mines-1.
7. If it is necessary, to adjust frequency of rotation, turning the screw 1.

Adjustment of a priotkryvaniye of a butterfly valve

1–persistent screw of a butterfly valve;

2–lever of restriction of turn of a butterfly valve

The provision of a butterfly valve is adjusted at manufacturer, and in use adjustment is not required. However if adjustment was broken, it can be restored as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a cap from the screw 1.
2. To turn the lever 2 (see fig. Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine) a butterfly valve so that it did not concern the restrictive screw 1.
3. To turn out the screw 1 that it did not concern the lever 2.
4. To wrap the screw 1 till a contact with the lever 2.
5. To wrap the screw 1 further on a turn quarter (90 °).
6. To establish a new cap on the screw 1.

Adjustment of the accelerating pump

1–cam of a drive of the accelerating pump;

2–lock screw

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the carburetor.
2. To uncover the carburetor, to fill the poplavkovy chamber with fuel and to establish a carburetor cover.
3. To put under the carburetor a measured beaker with a funnel.
4. To take away the lever 2 (see fig. Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine) from the screw 1.
5. Slowly to turn a butterfly valve from an emphasis against the stop 10 times, spending for each course about 3 with, putting these in action the accelerating pump.
6. To measure amount of fuel in a beaker and to divide on 10. The amount of fuel which submits the accelerating pump for one cycle will turn out. This value should be 1,0±0,15 cm3.
7. If necessary it is necessary to adjust productivity of the accelerating pump, turning a cam 1, previously having weakened the screw 2. Cam turn aside «+» increases productivity of the accelerating pump, aside «-» – reduces. After adjustment to tighten the screw 2 and законтрить paint.

Adjustment of frequency of rotation of idling

Adjustment make on the heated-up engine, at the adjusted gaps in the mechanism of a drive of valves and correctly established moment of ignition in the following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect everything consumers of energy (a radio tape recorder, headlights etc.).
2. To disconnect from the air filter a hose of ventilation of a case and to muffle it.
3. To connect a control tachometer and a gas analyzer.
4. The adjusting screw of quantity of a mix (it is specified by an arrow) to establish frequency of rotation of the crankshaft of the engine in limits 800±50 mines-1.
5. The adjusting screw of quality (structure) of a mix (it is specified by an arrow) to establish level of the maintenance of an oxide of carbon (WITH) in the fulfilled gases no more 2±5 to %.
6. To check and if necessary to restore frequency of rotation of idling. To check and if necessary to restore the contents WITH in the fulfilled gases.
