Axial gap of a cranked shaft of 0,07-0,17 mm.
Limiting admissible axial gap of 0,37 mm.
Nominal diameter of a radical neck of 53,958-53,978 mm.
Admissible palpation on an average radical neck of 0,06 mm.
Admissible gap between loose leaves of radical bearings and necks of the crankshaft of 0,17 mm.
Admissible gap between loose leaves of shatunny bearings and necks of the crankshaft of 0,12 mm.
Moment of an inhaling of shatunny bolts:
– a bolt with carving М9х1х15 – 50 N · m (5,0 kgfs · м);
– a bolt with carving М8х1х25 – 30 N · m (3,0 kgfs · м). |
