GENERAL INFORMATION

Installation of a spray of cooling of the piston

Shatunno-porshnevuyu group remove and assort the same as at engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l (see subsection 2.2.1.12).

Survey, check and repair make the same as at engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l (see subsection 2.2.1.12).

Different data are provided below.

Limiting lateral gap between rings and flutes on the piston (see fig. Measurement of a lateral gap of a piston ring) for kompressionny rings it is equal 0,20 mm, for the maslosjemny – 0,15 mm.

Gap in the lock of piston rings measure at distance of 20 mm from the cylinder basis. In diesel engines with pressurization before measurement of a gap it is necessary to remove the sprays shown on fig. Installation of a spray of cooling of the piston.

The gap is equal in the lock of a kompressionny ring of 0,3-0,5 mm, maslosjemny – 0,25–0,4 mm. The maximum permissible gap is equal 1,0 mm.

Maximum permissible gap between the piston and the cylinder of 0,07 mm.

Diesel engine pistons with pressurization have on the one hand dredging in a skirt which prevents piston blow in a spray when the piston is in NMT.

In engines with hydropushers of valves on pistons of the 2nd and 3rd cylinders facets at an angle 15 ° are made.

Collect shatunno-piston group the same as at engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l (see subsection 2.2.1.12), taking into account the following:

1. An arrow on a piston head (see fig. The label on a head of the piston and inflow on a rod and a rod cover) should be directed towards a cam-shaft drive, and inflow on a rod and a cover of a rod should be from an intermediate shaft.

2. In engines with pressurization dredging in a skirt of the piston should settle down from a spray of cooling of the piston.

3. In engines with hydropushers of valves pistons of the 2nd and 3rd cylinders should have facets at an angle 15 °.

4. To replace shatunny bolts and nuts.

5. Moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of sprays of cooling of the piston of 10 N · m (1,0 kgfs · м)

Moment of an inhaling of shatunny bolts:

 – a bolt with carving М9х1х15 – 50 N · m (5,0 kgfs · м);
 – a bolt with carving М8х1х25 (an elastic bolt):
 – the 1st stage – 30 N · m (3,0 kgfs · м);
 – the 2nd stage – to tighten further on a half-turn (180 °).
