Rotor removal

1. To disconnect from the traction relay 15 (see fig. Starter details) conclusion of a winding of excitement.
2. To unscrew bolts 12 and to remove the traction relay 15, having deduced from gearing the lever 23.
3. To unscrew bolts 1 and to uncover 3 and a washer 4.
4. To remove a lock washer 5 and adjusting washers 6.
5. To unscrew bolts 32 and to uncover 8.
6. To pull out brushes 27 of a shchetkoderzhatel 9 and to remove a shchetkoderzhatel.
7. To remove the starter case with windings 25.
8. To lift the car.
9. To unscrew a nut 21, to take out an axis 24 levers and to remove the lever 23.
10. To take out a rotor 26 with a drive 20 of a cover 10, it is necessary to put a rotor with a cover vertically and, using a tube of suitable diameter as an opravka, to bring down a protective ring 1 (see fig. Rotor removal) from a spring ring 2.
11. To remove a spring ring 2 and to take out a rotor from a cover 4.
12. To clamp a rotor 26 (see fig. Starter details) in a vice and to remove from a rotor shaft a drive 20 assembled. The drive is not subject to dismantling. If it is faulty, it is necessary to replace it.
