12.13.1.6. Adjustment of a corner of an advancing of ignition

GENERAL INFORMATION

Corner of an advancing of ignition regulate on the heated-up engine with the adjusted frequency of rotation of idling in the following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To connect to the engine a stroboscope.

2. To start the engine and to leave to idle.

3. At engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l to disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum proof-reader of the distributor of ignition and to muffle it. At engines in working volume of 1,6 l a vacuum hose not to disconnect.

4. To send a stroboscope lamp to a zone of adjusting labels: at engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l on a pulley of a cranked shaft, and at engines in working volume of 1,6 l in a window from above a coupling case, previously having taken out a plastic stopper. At engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l the label on a pulley should coincide with ledge Д (see fig. Adjustment of a tension of a belt of a drive of a camshaft) plates 9. At engines in working volume of 1,6 l the label of a corner of an advancing of ignition should coincide with inflow on a coupling case.

5. If labels do not coincide, to adjust a corner of an advancing of ignition. For this purpose at engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l to weaken an inhaling of bolts 20 (see fig. The ignition distributor) distributor fastenings, and at engines in volume of 1,6 l to weaken an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of the holder of the distributor and, turning the ignition distributor, to achieve combination of labels. To tighten bolts of fastening of the distributor of ignition.

6. To muffle the engine. To disconnect a stroboscope and to connect a vacuum hose to the vacuum proof-reader of the distributor.
